Yeah, so we have to be careful w/ the copyright stuff...sure, they're targeting him because its such a big, popular, and successful piece. But the copyright police are everywhere...
It's a weird situation. I try to be constantly aware of the copyright police. Using someone else's photograph/artwork) to make money just seems wrong to me. Apparently Sheperd never made any money on it. Does that make it okay? In my opinion, yeah.
